Shipping policy

At Snuggli, we want to get your baby’s blackout sleep tent to your doorstep as quickly and smoothly as possible. We partner with The Courier Guy to provide reliable, trackable delivery across South Africa.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey directly via The Courier Guy's portal.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We process orders Monday through Friday. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for fulfillment before your package is handed over to the courier. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Standard Eco Delivery (The Courier Guy): Estimated 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.

  • Major Hubs (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, etc.): Typically delivered on the faster end of the estimate (2-3 business days post-dispatch).

  • Regional & Outlying Areas: May take up to 5 to 7 business days depending on The Courier Guy’s local routes.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, adverse weather, or logistical disruptions. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery Attempts & Address Requirements

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).

The Courier Guy will attempt delivery to your specified address. If no one is available to sign for the package, they may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a collection point.

Damages & Lost Packages

Snuggli is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at hello@snuggli.co.za.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take a photo of the condition of the box if possible, so we can expedite a replacement or resolution with the courier.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to addresses within the borders of South Africa.
